These are TMPL resources to be installed in either
your ResEdit Preferences file.  They allow your copy
of ResEdit to make some (but not complete)
sense of the following resource types (used by the 
Communications Toolbox) :

cbnd -  Comm Toolbox Resource Bundle
fbnd -  Comm Toolbox Resource Bundle
tbnd -  Comm Toolbox Resource Bundle
caps -  Connection Tool Capabilities List
faps -  File Transfer Tool Capabilities List
taps -  Terminal Tool Capabilities List
